Why am I seeing people texting while driving? The phone held on top of the steering wheel. Just because your eyes are in the vacinity of looking at the road does not mean you are LOOKING at the road.
These are the same people who would blame me (and think it was true) for the accident they caused.
Had to vent and make it known.
